Plain-language service terms
Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using BugRadar and the responsibilities shared by BugRadar, account holders, and workspace organizations.
Last updated September 8, 2026
Agreement and eligibility
These terms apply when you access or use BugRadar. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
You must provide accurate account information and use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
Accounts and workspace access
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Workspace owners control membership, roles, projects, environments, and other organization settings.
Tell us promptly at sales@bugradar.io if you believe an account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Do not use BugRadar to break the law, compromise another system, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, distribute malicious code, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
You may not probe or test systems without authorization, attempt to obtain another tenant’s data, or use automated activity that materially degrades the service.
Your content
You keep your rights in the screenshots, recordings, attachments, comments, project information, and other content you submit. You grant BugRadar permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content and your use of approved reporting environments respect the rights and privacy of others.
Plans and billing
Plan features and current display prices are described on the pricing page. Paid checkout and subscription management are handled through Stripe. Taxes or commercial terms may depend on the checkout or a separate agreement.
Changes, renewals, cancellations, credits, and any refund rights are governed by the choices shown during checkout, the billing portal, and any separate written agreement that applies to your organization.
Service changes and availability
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to communicate material changes when practical, but these terms do not promise a particular uptime, support response time, or feature roadmap.
Beta or preview capabilities may change and may not be suitable for production-critical workflows.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using BugRadar at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties, or when these terms are materially breached.
Workspace owners should export or remove content they need before closing an organization. Some records may remain when required for security, billing, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Disclaimers and liability
BugRadar is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No online service can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Any liability allocation, warranty, or remedy that cannot be limited under applicable law remains unaffected. A separately signed agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest published version. Continued use after an update takes effect means the updated terms apply, subject to applicable notice requirements.
Questions about these terms can be sent to sales@bugradar.io.
